Full‑time

• Greet all guests in a warm and enthusiastic manner and assist host or hostess in seating guests as needed.
• Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, service, appropriate wines, and food preparation.
• Memorize menu selections and wines, including daily specials and basic ingredients.
• Maintain and follow all cash handling procedures.

• Previous guest service experience is required.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Conveys company information, decisions, or problems to appropriate parties on a timely basis.
• Works to resolve disagreements and is respectful of guests and co‑workers.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Schedule usually consists of Wednesday to Sunday, shifts typically 3:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
• Minimum lifting/pulling of 50 pounds; includes pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, and manual dexterity.
• Hearing, writing, typing skills are required.
• Must be 21 or older to serve alcohol.
• Must possess an unexpired Utah food handler’s permit or obtain one within 14 days of employment.
• Other duties may be assigned.
