Food Server

Pay: $7.50 per hour plus tips and participation in a tip pool when running food.

Must be available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

• Greet all guests in a warm and enthusiastic manner and assist host or hostess in seating guests as needed.
• Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, service, appropriate wines, and food preparation.
• Memorize menu selections and wines, including being familiar with daily specials and basic ingredients.
• Maintain and follow all cash handling procedures.

• Previous guest service experience is required.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Conveys company information, decision, or problems to appropriate parties on a timely basis.
• Works to resolve disagreements and is respectful of guests and co‑workers.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Minimum lifting of 50 pounds.
• Minimum pulling of 50 pounds.
• Ability to push, bend, stoop, upward reach, and possess manual dexterity.
• Requires hearing, writing, typing skills.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Must be 21 or older to serve alcohol.
• Must possess an unexpired or obtain a Utah food handler's permit within 14 days of employment.
