Are you passionate about animals? Junebug’s Walks and Care, LLC is looking for a reliable, compassionate, and energetic individual to join our team as a part-time Dog Walker/ Pet Care Associate. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work hands-on with pets, ensuring they receive the exercise, attention, and care they deserve.

• Safely walk and exercise dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
• Follow detailed care instructions provided by clients (feeding, medication, water breaks, etc.).
• Maintain open and professional communication with clients and the company.
• Provide real-time updates.
• Ensure timely arrivals and departures for scheduled appointments.

• Must genuinely love animals and have experience handling dogs and working with cats.
• Confidence in managing dogs of varying sizes and energy levels.
• 1+ years of experience with dogs
• Dependable transportation to travel between clients’ homes.
• Flexibility to work during peak hours (mornings and afternoons).
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check.

• Previous experience in pet care or dog walking.
• Basic knowledge of dog and cat behavior.
• Familiarity with the Providence area for efficient travel between clients.
• Position Type:
  Part-time (5-15 hours per week, with room to grow).
• Pay: $16-$18 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  Weekday availability required with rotating weekends
