PROVIDENCE RI 02860 - Onsite Nurse Assessor – 1099 (RN) Contract $125 Per Assessment

The Helper Bees partners with insurance carriers and health plans to provide quality care and the right tools to keep older adults independent, healthy, and at home longer.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You will conduct in‑depth cognitive and functional assessments face‑to‑face in clients’ homes within a 35‑mile radius. Assessments must be completed accurately and efficiently, and submitted within 24 hours through our online application. The review team will contact you within 48 hours if clarifications are needed. Compensation is $125 per assessment.

• Conduct in‑depth cognitive and functional assessments in clients’ homes.
• Complete structured assessments focusing on accuracy and efficiency.
• Observe and objectively report the current status of the individual.
• Coordinate scheduling with clients or their point of contact.
• Submit completed assessment within 24 hours through the online application.
• Respond to any review team clarifications within 48 hours.

• Current RN license with 5+ years of experience in geriatric care.
• Proficiency with Windows or tablet computers and reliable internet for submitting assessments.
• Friendly, compassionate, dedicated, and patient personality.
• Prompt and thoughtful communication skills.
• Quick learner of technology; proficient with computers.
• Previous quality assurance or chart audit/review experience.
