Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
Location: Providence
Schedule:
- 4 shifts per week
Required Licenses & Certifications
- Active RN license (Rhode Island or compact license)
We are seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses to support a high-volume emergency department in Providence. This night‑shift role is ideal for nurses who are confident managing acute and high‑acuity patients in a fast‑paced ER environment.
Experience Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience (required)
- Strong triage and critical‑thinking skills
- Ability to manage high patient volume during night shifts
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Perform rapid patient assessments and triage
- Deliver safe, efficient emergency nursing care
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to clinical changes
- Administer medications and treatments per protocol
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with ER standards
