ANNEALER OPERATOR

The Annealing Furnace Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring annealing furnaces used to heat-treat metal products to alter their physical and mechanical properties. This role ensures materials are processed according to specifications for hardness, strength, and flexibility. The operator loads and unloads materials, sets temperature and cycle controls, inspects finished products for quality, and maintains equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

• Setup, maintain & operate a total of 4 furnaces.
• Follow documented procedures for production of various alloys.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with Industrial Furnaces is preferred but we are willing to train.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and good mechanical aptitude.

• Ability to work in warm environment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
