About Lodge Cast Iron We got our start over 125 years ago when Joseph Lodge founded the Blacklock Foundry in South Pittsburg, TN. His scrappy, hardworking spirit continues to lead us today. A typical day begins with moving castings through inspection, grinding, and cleaning to ensure each piece meets Lodge quality standards. You will sort castings, identify defects, and route products to the appropriate next step while keeping production flowing. Throughout the shift, you’ll work hands-on with conveyors, grinders, and cleaning equipment, following safety standards at all times. The role is fast-paced, physical, and detail-driven, with a strong focus on consistency, quality, and teamwork.

• Champion of safety!
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic hand tool knowledge.
• Ability to meet physical requirements: standing, lifting, bending, and using safety equipment.
• 2+ years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Forklift license is advantageous!
