** Job Description*
* With the ongoing expansion of our business, we are hiring a Director to support the New Region & Multicloud team within the Data Center Infrastructure organization. This role will be responsible for working across various stakeholders within Oracle Clound Infrastructure (OCI) to ensure all planning activities (such as design, material orders, networking connectivity, etc.) are completed on-time to ensure there are no bottlenecks for execution teams.

The ideal candidate can manage fast paced delivery while leveraging their proven leadership and program management capabilities.  This is a high impact role that will lead a highly motivated team through the end-to-end lifecycle required to successfully deliver the next generation of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

** Responsibilities*
* ** Day-to-day you can expect the following:*
* + Manage a diverse team of Technical Program Managers; coaching, mentoring, and leading the team while providing opportunities for career growth

+ Provide program and project management expertise to complex business initiatives that are regional in nature, understanding dependencies and accounting for complexity relative to scope/schedule and budgets

+ Build relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders and partners to deliver outcomes across the organization, ensuring a shared understanding of progress and performance

+ Seek opportunities to bring about ongoing improvement and simplification in business operating procedures and practices leading to improved effectiveness of the organization

+ Track and manage priorities and committed actions to drive progress and provide actionable insights.

** What You'll Bring:*
* + Bachelor's degree in Technology, Project Management, Program Management or proven technical equivalent experience.

+ 10+ years of experience directly managing, mentoring, and leading a team

+

Experience with varying scenarios of data center infrastructure builds and network augmentations.

+ Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e., network, data center, hardware, mechanical and electrical systems)

+ Ability to inspire confidence in executive leaders and motivate team members

+ Experience leading through ambiguity; proven track record of implementing solutions that improve delivery

+ Excellent communication skills including high quality written communications and the ability to articulate complex information in a simple way

+ Outstanding cross-group collaboration skills and proven ability to partner across teams

+ Program/project management certifications or qualifications with proven ability to deliver complex programs

Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
