• Prepare agendas and maintain master project budgets and timelines for each project phase
• Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and project teams
• Assist in selecting and overseeing consultants and construction teams as necessary
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices, conferring with clients on costs
• Adhere to corporate policies and government regulations, ensuring quality and safety standards

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience required
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred

• Experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees in a project management setting
