Lead full lifecycle SAP Success Factors implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
Configure and maintain multiple Success Factors modules, ensuring data integrity, process reliability, and advanced Role‑Based Permissions (RBP) management.
Convert business needs into robust technical solutions: prepare functional specifications, collaborate with integration teams, and support data model and reporting structures.
Take a key role in HR Automation and AI initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization, improving scalability, and reducing manual workloads through intelligent automation.
Work effectively with global teams across time zones: facilitate workshops, prepare system and process documentation, lead UAT cycles, and provide guidance to key stakeholders.
Continuously improve existing configurations by monitoring quarterly releases, assessing impacts, and proposing enhancements aligned with our HR technology roadmap.
5+ years of experience in HRIS roles, with hands‑on Success Factors configuration across multiple modules.
Documented end‑to‑end implementation experience, supported by certifications and completed project cycles.
Advanced English proficiency and strong communication skills, with experience working in international, distributed teams.
Strong understanding of configuration, RBP, data management, testing methodologies, and reporting frameworks (Stories, Canvas, Ad Hoc).
Learning mindset, adaptability, and strong interest in emerging technologies, especially AI and automation applied to HR.
Preferred QualificationsSAP Success Factors Associate or Professional certifications (e.g., EC, PM/GM, Compensation/Variable Pay, Recruiting, Learning).
Experience with Job Architecture, Skills Framework initiatives, or Job Profile Builder.
Familiarity with integration technologies such as Integration Center, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, or Boomi.
Experience in complex, global organizations; additional languages (Italian preferred) are a plus.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $59,795 - $122,400. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
