The Content Delivery Project Manager supports day‑to‑day operations for E‑Instant game deliveries across Bright Star iLottery customers. This role ensures that all game releases, compliance requirements, and delivery workflows are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with customer expectations. The position acts as a central liaison between lotteries, internal teams, and cross‑functional partners to maintain a smooth and efficient delivery process.
Key Responsibilities Game Delivery Coordination- Manage end‑to‑end delivery of E‑Instant games across assigned lotteries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the lottery throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Attend delivery meetings and communicate requirements, updates, risks, and milestones.
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers, QA, Content, and Account Management to ensure smooth releases.
- Prepare, review, and distribute working papers and other required lottery documentation.
- Ensure all compliance materials are submitted on time to lotteries and regulatory bodies.
- Document and maintain game release processes for all operators.
- Partner with Account Managers and Content teams to create and maintain delivery roadmaps.
- Support the development of bespoke game content by capturing requirements and defining scope.
- Provide customers with options, timelines, and insights to support strategic planning.
- Oversee internal QA schedules related to delivery, test, and approval phases.
- Track progress and ensure all QA deliverables are completed on time (JIRA).
- Test localized game content across platforms, including native stacks, iOS, and Android.
- Manage internal development schedule and track prize structure approvals.
- Assist with support tickets related to game content, systems, or processes.
- Coordinate the sharing of deliverables with clients through approved tools (e.g., Trello, Monday).
- Ensure all documentation, approvals, and deliverables remain organized and up to date.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree is preferred.
Experience:
- 12 years of work experience; 8 years of related experience is required.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $74,961 - $164,800. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
