- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on existing government systems.
- Collaborate with business users, agency representatives, and project teams to gather requirements and ensure system functionality aligns with expectations.
- Document and report defects, track issues, and verify fixes.
- Assist in developing test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.
- Participate in UAT planning, including defining testing scope and timelines.
- Support multiple agencies or act as a floating UAT resource across projects as needed.
- Ensure testing is completed manually, with minimal automation.
