As a Product Manager, you will own the vision and strategy for client products, define product roadmaps, and deliver clear requirements for designers and engineers. You’ll conduct customer research, monitor feedback and metrics, and continually improve the customer experience. You will drive day‑to‑day execution, re‑prioritizing to respond to evolving business needs.

We seek a product owner with deep technical expertise (preferably a developer) who can innovate and make business, technical, and strategic decisions while managing daily execution on highly technical platform and AI products.

• Equivalent professional experience as a product manager delivering commercial‑grade software products and services.
• Significant customer‑facing experience with planning, requirements gathering, prioritizing, and scoping.
• Experience delivering software platforms, products, and services for technical audiences (e.g., software developers).
• Experience working in a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary team to deliver products/services.
• Demonstrated skills in developing product roadmaps, functional requirements, launching new products/features, conducting customer research, and facilitating user testing.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines.
• Experience coordinating complex product development cycles and software development schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and end‑to‑end ownership.
• Proficient in Agile delivery and development methodologies.
• Experienced in application delivery processes and application development tools.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance and testing practices.
• Knowledgeable in system development lifecycle and technology integration.

• Bachelor’s degree (4‑year) in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• Typically, no less than 4‑6 years of relevant experience in professional platform engineering or a similar role in software development and system administration.
• Success in delivering products/services in a high‑growth environment, with a demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous customer‑focused problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to align with stakeholders on expectations.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to make recommendations and measure success.
• Background as a software engineer (application/system development and quality assurance) is a big plus.
• Proficient in application development tools.
• Skilled in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Effective change management abilities.
• Proven track record of leading teams.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including internal teams, clients, and vendors.
