Front Desk Agent, PRN​/On-Call

The Holiday Inn Express Ballantyne Hotel is currently seeking an experienced, dynamic, and motivated front‑desk agent to join our Step Stone Hospitality managed hotel. The agent will provide front‑desk service, handle guest inquiries, recommend services, and maintain overall guest satisfaction.

Shift schedule: 1st Shift 7 a.m. – 3 p.m., 2nd Shift 3 p.m. – 11 p.m., 3rd Shift Night Audit 11 p.m. – 7 a.m. Availability may be required on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. A flexible schedule is required to cover all shifts.

• Register and assign rooms to guests
• Issue room key and escort instructions to Guest Service Agent or directly to guest
• Sort and track incoming mail and messages
• Transmit and receive messages using all communication avenues
• Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions
• Keep a record of room availability and rate
• Compute bill, collect payment, and make change for guests
• Make, confirm, and cancel reservations via all communication avenues
• Use various office software accurately
• Maintain full working knowledge of each shift, including night audit

Part‑time
