• Ensures team members and guests are safe at all times.
• Operates vehicles in a safe manner when needed to minimize accidents.
• Oversees the tracking of keys and vehicles throughout the garage.
• Ensures all team members provide exceptional guest experiences by smiling, greeting, and helping every guest as they enter the garage.
• Sets the tone for the workplace by maintaining an upbeat attitude.
• Maintains enthusiasm about the job, creating a positive environment for the team and customers.
• Encourages team members to use approved language choices.
• Communicates with co-workers to inform each other of the organizational plan when the shift ends.
• Sets an example by looking sharp at all times and helping team members adhere to VPNE’s uniform guidelines.
• Oversees team members to maintain a professional work area.

• Ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid Driver’s License in state of residency
• Be able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check
• Ability to create relationships with customers
• Be organized
• Clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's current insurance provider

Pay Type:

Hourly

Hiring Min Rate: 17 USD

Hiring Max Rate: 19 USD
