Mandatory Skills - Functional Manual Testing, Regression Testing, Healthcare Payor Domain Exp
Required Skills:
- Minimum 8 years Health Care Testing experience and 2+ years of team management.
- Experience in test management tools like JIRA and Quality Center, and automation tools (preferred) such as Selenium, JMeter, SoapUI, UTF.
- Knowledge of CI-CD, Dev Ops for integrating test scripts.
- Healthcare Payor experience (Claim Enrollment Membership/Customer Service/Finance) and Coding standards (SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10).
Responsibilities:
- Initiate the Test Planning activities for Test case design and encourage the team to hold review meetings and ensure that the review comments are incorporated.
- During the Testing Cycle, monitor the test progress by constantly assessing the work assigned to each of the resources and re-balance or re-allocate them as required.
- Present the timely status to the stakeholders and instill confidence about the work being done.
- Prepare any Risk Mitigation plans in case any delays are foreseen.
