Surgical Onsite Specialist; MA​/RI

• Provide real-time procedural assistance for Surgical Centers of Therapy (COTs) within the assigned territory
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries during on-site procedures and ensure effective communication
• Perform equipment and software upgrades and conduct fleet audits to ensure optimal product performance
• Lead in-service training sessions for physicians and surgical staff on product applications
• Assist in product trials, implementation, and conversion initiatives to support sales efforts

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a field-based role
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time, including overnight and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• 1+ year of clinical experience in the operating room (OR)
• Relevant clinical or hospital experience
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power Point
• Demonstrated drive for results and strong work ethic
• Ability to develop and present complex product demonstrations
