NEW Micro/Molecular Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician - 2nd Shift Opportunity
We are seeking a Micro/Molecular MT or MLT to join our laboratory team on 2nd shift. This role performs waived, moderate, and high-complexity testing while ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality results that support excellent patient care.
What You'll Do:
- Perform a wide range of waived, moderate, and high-complexity lab tests accurately and efficiently
- Evaluate specimens and apply established criteria to ensure quality results
- Run quality assurance and quality control procedures in compliance with federal, state, and CAP standards
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment

- Current certification through ASCP, AMT, or HEW
- A.S. in Medical Laboratory Technology OR B.S. in Medical Technology, Biological Science, Chemistry, Physical Science, or military equivalent (official transcripts required)
- Experience with Chemistry preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Clear and professional communication skills
- A motivated professional interested in career growth and development
- Entry-level candidates welcome; internships or academic training accepted
- 2+ years of laboratory experience
- Strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
