I am a Master’s-level graduate of Johnson & Wales University and a pre-licensed therapist seeking opportunities in Rhode Island. I bring a strong clinical foundation, professionalism, and confidence to my work, developed through rigorous academic training and hands‑on clinical experience.
During my graduate studies at JWU, I built a solid understanding of evidence‑based therapeutic approaches and ethical clinical practice. I further strengthened these skills through my internship with Existential Counseling and Consulting Services, LLC, where I gained direct experience supporting clients, applying therapeutic interventions, and working within a professional clinical setting.
I am passionate about providing thoughtful, client-centered care and am eager to continue growing under supervision while contributing meaningfully to a supportive mental health practice.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management to support the development and monitoring of effective care strategies for students.
- Demonstrated expertise in Mental Health and Psychology to provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and counseling services.
- Experience in Relationship Counseling, including supporting students in managing interpersonal challenges and building effective communication skills.
- Strong ability to conduct assessments, maintain confidentiality, and provide crisis intervention as needed.
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
- State licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a counselor, social worker, or psychologist is preferred.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.
