Job Summary: The Clinical Pharmacist monitors, evaluates, and modifies patient pharmacotherapy to ensure effective, safe, and economical patient care. Serves as a member of the health care team to make therapeutic decisions, such as drug and drug product selection, and drug dosing. Performs drug information to evaluate the best pharmacotherapeutic information available in biomedical and pharmacoeconomic literature. Provides education and support to patients/caretakers and staff, and performs other job-related duties as requested.

Specifications: Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy with five to seven years related experience. Must be a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Rhode Island or eligible for state licensure. Must have strong organizational and communication skills, and working knowledge of computers. Proficiency in the English language required; ability to speak Spanish very helpful.
