Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8a - 5p. Adoration Home Health is seeking a compassionate Home Health Occupational Therapist to join the team and provide expert, patient-centered care in home settings.

• Perform occupational therapy evaluation and treatment of patients based on physician orders, including recommendation and procurement of adaptive equipment.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans to move patients toward independence and/or function.
• Maintain communication among the treatment team, physician, patient, and family as applicable.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services for proper billing.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in direct patient care and related activities in accordance with state practice act.

• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Education program approved by CAPTE.
• Current Occupational Therapist licensure in the state;
  American Heart Association CPR certification required (may be offered and completed upon hire).
• Two years of experience in adult occupational therapy; home health experience preferred.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills; problem-solving skills; basic math skills; flexibility with physical demands.
