Active RN license; must hold or be enrolled in a BSN/MSN program (accredited) and complete degree within 3 years
BLS and ACLS required
(National certification required within 3 years of hire)Strong knowledge of cardiac and pulmonary rehab protocols, telemetry interpretation, and patient assessment skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; able to educate patients and families on care plans and recovery goals
Deliver expert cardiac care, performing detailed assessments and prioritizing patient needs
Implement and follow individualized exercise prescriptions and rehab plans for optimal outcomes
Educate and support patients and families to promote long-term health and wellness
Collaborate closely with physicians and the care team to achieve the highest standards of safety and quality
