Medical Assistant

We are seeking Medical Assistants to partner with us in providing services to our Military Service members. The position primarily involves weekend work, with some occasional weekdays in Rhode Island, on an "as needed" basis.

Our services support the health readiness of the following military branches:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

• Phlebotomy / Blood draw
• Immunizations
• EKG
• Manual vitals and vision tests

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant or equivalent training from an accredited program
• Phlebotomy certification (preferred)
• CPR/BLS certification
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum one year of experience (preferred)
• Passionate, friendly, and caring demeanor
• Ability to utilize universal precautions
• Experience working with military or mobile medical services (preferred)
• Proficiency with computer programs
• Weekend availability
