Title:
Reporting + Planning Manager

Location:
Providence, RI (Hybrid)

Potential Compensation: $135,000 to $150,000 + Bonus

The Financial Reporting and Planning Manager delivers key financial reporting, forecasting, and analytical insights to drive business results and inform strategic direction. This role oversees the U.S. budgeting and mid‑range planning cycles, ensuring consistency with global teams and Corporate Planning requirements. The manager builds advanced financial models, strengthens reporting frameworks, and collaborates across departments to enhance financial transparency, data integrity, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare recurring monthly financial reports and develop new reporting tools that clearly communicate financial performance to the leadership team.
  • Support the accounting group with all required submissions for divisions
  • Lead the company-wide financial planning cycle, coordinating cross‑functional input to produce comprehensive annual budgets and multi‑year forecasts for submission to multiple teams
  • Deliver detailed financial analyses that guide significant business and strategic decision‑making.
  • Enhance and expand financial systems and reporting capabilities to increase efficiency, improve data accessibility, and strengthen overall financial insight.
Qualifications
  • 7-12 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis + accounting
  • Strong background with financial forecasting tools and automations + reporting
  • Experience using Power Bi, SQL, R, Python, HFM/Hyperion
  • Experience creating IT financial business projects
  • Expertise in major ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
  • Solid understanding of accounting and manufacturing/supply chain.
  • Hands‑on approach with the ability to manage details while driving strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
