We are looking for leadership-oriented managers aspiring to advance their careers toward becoming partners in our general office. New York Life Insurance Company is currently recruiting participants for its Fast Track Management Program. You will start as a financial professional working closely with clients to build your experience as you progress through the program’s requirements. Upon meeting all criteria, you will transition into management as an associate partner.

• Determine financial solutions for clients using products such as life insurance, annuities, mutual funds, and more.
• Become an associate partner after completing all program requirements.
• Participate in the six-month Associate Partner Training Program to develop managerial skills.
• Gain hands-on experience helping clients develop strategies to achieve financial goals.
• Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals as an Associate Partner.

• Sales experience is necessary.
• Experience in financial services and/or insurance is required.
• Motivated and goal-oriented professional seeking a rewarding career.
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages is beneficial.
• Knowledge of cultural markets is helpful.
