Overview
Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a real estate company seeking a Finance Manager to join their team.
The company has operated for 100+ years and serves 1,500+ residents. It offers real estate management, development, and partnerships with affordable housing initiatives. A new project is expanding their reach in the Greater Providence area.
Responsibilities- Create and manage monthly budgets
- Meet with departments to discuss budgeted versus actual spending
- Prepare presentations for leadership
- Analyze monthly operational results
- Create P&L forecasts and communicate any opportunities
- Support external audits quarterly and annually
- BS in Accounting or Finance, or experience equivalent
- 4+ years in a financial planning and analysis role
- 2+ years at a real estate company
- 1+ year(s) in a leadership role
- Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling
