• Annual Bonus

• Portfolio Management, including financial reporting, covenant tracking, and annual financial information sourcing.
• Analyze financials on existing relationships, prepare update memos, and report status on new loan requests and loan renewals.
• Analyze new loan requests through cash flow assessment, collateral valuation, spread analysis, and guarantor assessment.
• Research, compile, and provide market analysis relative to credit vehicles.
• Assist in preparing and underwriting pre-deals and credit vehicles (new loans and renewals).

• Manage and update the interim report for the RM portfolio.
• Coordinate construction loan advances and assist with Credit Risk Review tasks, including coordination of CRR responses and remediation action steps.
• Provide backup to other Relationship Managers/Relationship Administrators as needed and assist the team during vacations/absences.
• Provide sales and service support as necessary.

• Formally Credit Trained.
• Demonstrated experience and judgment with credit decisions and analysis.
• Coach credit analysts on credit and customer interaction skills.
• 5–7 years experience.
• Work with limited supervision.
