Title: Finance Manager

Compensation: $105,000–$135,000

Schedule: Hybrid

This Finance Manager role is a high-visibility leadership position for someone who wants ownership beyond month-end close. The Finance Manager will oversee financial reporting, lead an accounting team, and partner closely with FP&A to drive business decisions across multiple lines and geographies.

• Lead monthly close and financial statement preparation as Finance Manager
• Review journal entries, accruals, and general ledger activity
• Deliver variance analysis with clear, actionable insights
• Partner with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and planning
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of accountants
• Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement
• Support audits and manage external vendor relationships

• Bachelor’s in Accounting
• CPA required
• 5+ years of accounting experience
