Senior Finance Manager (Hybrid)
Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
$125,000–$155,000 + bonus + strong benefits
This Senior Finance Manager role is a newly created, high‑visibility leadership opportunity for someone who wants impact beyond month‑end close. You’ll own financial reporting, lead an accounting team, and partner closely with FP&A and senior leadership to drive business decisions across multiple lines and geographies.

- Lead monthly close and financial reporting
- Review journal entries, accruals, and GL activity
- Deliver variance analysis with clear, actionable insights
- Partner with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of accountants
- Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls
- Bachelor’s in Accounting
- CPA required5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Background in insurance or highly regulated environments preferred
