- Lead tax planning projects for a diverse client base within real estate, hospitality and construction industries.
- Provide up-to-date tax advice and develop strategic outcomes for complex issues.
- Lead teams in a highly collaborative culture, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing.
- Analyze evolving tax operations to deliver meaningful business insights; identify opportunities and risks and communicate them to clients.
- Develop clear plans to improve clients’ tax activities and tailor advice to their specific needs.
- Supervise and develop a motivated team of professionals, ensuring skill and growth opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
- Seven to ten years of real estate tax experience in a professional services environment.
- Extensive knowledge of real estate tax technical and transaction skills (including partnership taxation, REITs, allocations, tax compliance, due diligence, acquisition/disposition planning and structuring).
- Experience managing budgets, people and projects; business development within the market.
- Proven track record in a professional services or tax organization; technical writing and research experience in a tax context.
- Ability to prioritize multiple complex projects; strong influencing skills; willingness to travel; hybrid work environment.
- CPA qualification or State bar membership.

- Salary range for this job in US locations: $120/hr to $150/hr, with factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography determining individual salaries.
