LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Tax Operations Specialist for our client in Providence, RI. Our client is a top-tier bank, and the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fiduciary tax services.
Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. Onsite all 5 days.
DescriptionProvide administrative support to the Fiduciary Trust Tax Service officer, manage assigned accounts, and ensure adherence to client service standards, bank policies, and federal and state laws. Build strong relationships with internal partners, manage risks by prompt escalation, and demonstrate strong organizational skills. Willingness to learn tax technical skills is essential.
Experience and EducationMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in fiduciary tax services or a comparable professional environment.
Accounting, finance, or law degree is preferred but not required.
SkillsAbility to multitask and deliver results, strong communication skills (oral, written, presentation), proficient with Excel, and customer service oriented.
