• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Rhode Island Department of Education (RIDE) certification in Special Education (Mild/Moderate or Severe Intellectual Disability).
• Experience working with students with disabilities, preferably in an urban or diverse setting.
• Knowledge of IDEA, IEP processes, and evidence‑based instructional strategies.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in data‑driven instruction and educational technology.
