Rhode Island College invites applicants for the position of Dean of Enrollment Management. This is a full-time, calendar year, continuing position.
Rhode Island College is seeking a dynamic, results-driven enrollment professional with a strong track record to serve as a Dean of Enrollment Management. Reporting to the Vice President of Student Success, the Dean of Enrollment Management will provide strategic and innovative leadership in enrollment management and all related functional areas of the College including Admissions, Enrollment Services, Financial Aid, and the Registrar.
The Dean of Enrollment Management will lead the development and execution of an intentional, integrated, strategic enrollment plan. This position will collaborate with academic and administrative leaders across campus and utilize data driven approaches to enhance equitable enrollment, retention and completion outcomes that align with the College’s mission, and Strategic Compass.
Founded in 1854, Rhode Island College is a distinctive regional college personalizing education for undergraduate and graduate students. The college serves approximately 6,600 undergraduate and graduate students through its five schools:
The Faculty of Arts and Sciences, the Feinstein School of Education and Human Development, the School of Business, the School of Nursing and the School of Social Work. The 180-acre campus is located in beautiful, historic Providence, Rhode Island’s capital, with excellent proximity to the academic and cultural resources of Boston and New York City.

- Master’s degree
- Seven or more years of progressively responsible leadership in admissions and enrollment management
- A record of accomplishment leading teams to meet and exceed enrollment and retention goals
