Coordinate and manage faculty development programming and engagement logistics, including orientations, faculty committees, and academic ceremonies.
Duties and Responsibilities(20%)

- Perform all other duties as may be required.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
- Three to five years' previous administrative experience, preferably in higher education or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of faculty development tools and software systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadline pressure and prioritize assignments while managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to collaborate with others.
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
