Join Lincoln Tech as an HVAC Technician Instructor at our brand-new facility in Lincoln, Rhode Island. This is a full-time or part-time role with a 4-day work week and competitive benefits, designed to launch a new HVAC program and shape the next generation of HVAC professionals.
What You'll Do- Teach HVAC Technologies following our accredited curriculum
- Conduct hands-on training in a fully equipped, brand-new facility
- Create an engaging learning environment that promotes student growth
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Develop lesson plans aligned with industry standards
- Stay current with HVAC technologies and practices
- Collaborate with faculty to improve program effectiveness
- Prepare students for certification exams and successful careers
- 5+ years of HVAC Technician experience
- High school diploma/GED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and engage students
- Passion for teaching and mentoring
- 4-day work week with three-day weekends
