Overview
Women & Infants Hospital, a nationally recognized leader in newborn medicine, is seeking a Director of Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) – NICU to guide our dedicated team in our state-of-the-art NICU and satellite sites.
In This Pivotal Role, You’ll- Provide visionary leadership for our NICU APCs, fostering accountability, teamwork, and growth.
- Ensure the highest quality of care for our most fragile patients—from premature and low-birth-weight infants to complex neonatal cases.
- Collaborate with physician, nursing, and operational leaders to advance clinical excellence, education, and innovation.
- Support strategic growth and quality initiatives that shape the future of newborn medicine at Care New England.
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- 5+ years of NICU clinical experience and 2+ years of leadership/management
- Strong background of NICU practices, procedures, and regulations and teaching preferred
- Rhode Island APRN license (or eligibility)
