O&G Industries, Inc., an innovative and diversified construction company based out of Torrington, CT, seeks experienced Building Construction Superintendents to join our growing team for Rhode Island projects. We are a highly respected leader in our field and ranked as one of the top construction firms in the Northeast.

What Youll Do :

* Lead and manage daily field operations on assigned construction projects

* Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to maintain schedule and productivity

* Ensure work meets quality standards, contract documents, and project specifications

* Promote and enforce jobsite safety and OSHA compliance

* Maintain clean, organized, and efficient job sites

* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and project teams to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery

* Implement Lean construction practices to improve efficiency and workflow

What Were Looking For :

* 37 years of commercial building construction experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

* Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contract documents, and field operations

* Knowledge of construction scheduling, planning, and cost control

* Ability to manage crews and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment

* A demonstrated commitment to safety (OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred)
