Superintendents to join our growing team for Rhode Island projects. We are a highly respected leader in our field and ranked as one of the top construction firms in the Northeast.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage daily field operations on assigned construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to maintain schedule and productivity
• Ensure work meets quality standards, contract documents, and project specifications
• Promote and enforce jobsite safety and OSHA compliance
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient job sites
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and project teams to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery
• Implement Lean construction practices to improve efficiency and workflow

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–7 years of commercial building construction experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contract documents, and field operations
• Knowledge of construction scheduling, planning, and cost control
  
  Ability to manage crews and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment
• A demonstrated commitment to safety (OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred)
