• Manage centralized intake of retail and commercial requests, including product launches, customer initiatives, operational updates, and internal projects.
• Ensure requests are clearly defined, documented, and aligned with established workflows before execution.
• Maintain a visible and up‑to‑date master priority list of active retail initiatives.
• Evaluate and prioritize work streams based on urgency, feasibility, and business impact.
• Break projects into actionable tasks with defined ownership, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track initiatives from initiation through completion, ensuring timely follow‑up and removal of execution barriers.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and other teams to confirm timing, resource availability, and feasibility.
• Provide leadership with clear reporting on project status, open commitments, and potential risks.
• Reinforce structured processes to prevent workflow gaps and maintain accountability.
• Continuously assess and improve execution workflows to enhance efficiency and predictability.
• Handle sensitive business information with professionalism and discretion.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Program Management, or similar execution‑focused roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in deadline‑driven environments.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience collaborating cross‑functionally to drive alignment and accountability.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team‑oriented environment.
