Data Entry Specialist

Client is seeking a motivated early-career professional to support client operations through a combination of customer service, financial account support, and tax document processing. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately, and a client-focused mindset while working across multiple systems and processes.

This position supports the review and assembly of tax documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance before submission to taxing authorities.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and assembling tax documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Verifying required elements such as name, account number, Tax , and signatures.
• Assembling tax returns after all required elements are validated.
• Preparing completed tax documents for mailing to appropriate taxing authorities.
• Scanning incoming tax documentation using proprietary software.
• Weighing and mailing individual and bulk correspondence using a postage machine.

• Ability to multi-task and work both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-review skills.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability to changing policies and procedures.
• Comfort performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
