Product offerings include a broad assortment of live plants sourced from domestic and international growers, supported by in-house greenhouse operations and regional distribution capabilities.

We are seeking an experienced Live Plant / Greenhouse Sales Manager to lead and grow our wholesale live plant business. This individual will be responsible for sales leadership, business management, and inventory management of live plant and greenhouse product lines.

The ideal candidate brings a balance of commercial acumen and horticultural knowledge, with the ability to drive revenue growth while effectively managing live inventory in a fast-moving wholesale environment.

• Drive wholesale sales for live plant and greenhouse product lines
• Drive revenue growth through customer development, account expansion, and new business acquisition
• Manage pricing strategy, margin performance, and promotional planning
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners

• Oversee live plant inventory planning, forecasting, and turnover to minimize shrink and maximize freshness
• Partner closely with greenhouse operations and procurement teams on crop planning and supply alignment
• Balance sales demand with growing capacity and seasonal availability
• Monitor inventory KPI, sell-through, and product performance by varietal and category

• Provide leadership grounded in an understanding of greenhouse operations and live plant handling
• Leverage horticulture knowledge to guide assortment decisions, varietal selection, and quality standards
• Support sales team and customers with product education and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Operations, Horticulture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in B2B wholesale sales, preferably involving live plants, horticulture, or perishable goods
• Strong background in inventory management and demand forecasting for live or perishable products
• Working knowledge of greenhouse operations, plant varietals, and seasonal planning strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
