Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

The Inventory Coordinator supports the Inventory Department by remotely managing inventory data, reconciling inventory files, and coordinating communication between clients and delivery partners. This role requires strong spreadsheet skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to analyze and reconcile inventory data side‑by‑side to ensure accuracy across systems. The Inventory Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining inventory integrity while supporting client and partner communications in a fast‑paced medical logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain inventory records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and client requirements.
- Reconcile inventory reports and spreadsheets by comparing data side‑by‑side and identifying discrepancies.
- Update and maintain inventory tracking files using spreadsheets (Excel or similar tools).
- Investigate inventory variances and work collaboratively to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding inventory status, adjustments, and inquiries.
- Coordinate with delivery partners to confirm inventory movement, delivery confirmation, and documentation.
- Ensure inventory data aligns across internal systems, client records, and partner reports.
- Maintain organized documentation and audit trails related to inventory activity.
- Support inventory reporting and ad‑hoc data requests as needed.
- Follow established procedures to support accuracy, accountability, and regulatory compliance in medical logistics.
- 2+ years of data entry or office administration experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; strong spreadsheet skills.
- Detail‑oriented.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or onsite environment.
