Base pay range

$41,600.00/yr - $52,000.00/yr

This privately owned, long-established financial services firm is looking for a Front Office Manager who brings order, warmth, and reliability to their small Providence office. This is a temporary position, covering someone's leave, with potential to become permanent. You’ll manage daily operations, support clients with professionalism, keep expenses and transactions organized in Quick Books, and ensure the office runs smoothly while a team member is out on medical leave.

The right candidate is steady, detail-driven, and thrives in a no-drama environment where people laugh easily, work hard, and stay for the long haul.

Front Office Manager Responsibilities
  • Own front-office operations, including phone coverage, client interaction, and guest reception
  • Process expenses, pay bills, and manage cash transfers
  • Enter and reconcile banking transactions in Quick Books
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and general office documentation
  • Perform administrative support that keeps the team organized and efficient
  • Represent the firm with a polished, friendly, and service-oriented presence
Front Office Manager Requirements
  • 2+ years of administrative or clerical experience
  • High school diploma required
  • Hands‑on experience with Quick Books and online banking systems
  • Strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Comfortable working fully onsite in a small, older, laid-back team environment
  • Reliable, self‑directed, and steady under minimal supervision
