We’re hiring a Controller to lead day‑to‑day accounting operations for a growing manufacturing organization. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on financial reporting, inventory and cost accounting, ERP optimization, and team development. The company recently implemented Acumatica, and this role will help stabilize and improve accounting workflows and reporting. Light international exposure included.
What You’ll Do- Lead monthly close and financial reporting (US GAAP)
- Manage and develop the accounting team
- Own inventory and cost accounting processes
- Oversee AR processes including billing and cash application
- Optimize ERP workflows, reporting, and internal controls
- Support audits, budgeting, and forecasting
- 7+ years accounting experience; 3+ years as Controller
- Manufacturing accounting experience (inventory & cost)
- Strong ERP and Excel skills (Acumatica a plus)
- Proven team leadership experience
- Hands‑on, process‑improvement mindset
- High‑impact Controller role
