Swim Instructor

We are looking for energetic, outgoing people who want to better the lives of young children through instruction of a lifelong skill. People with strong communication skills who are enthusiastic, driven, and dedicated to children should apply.

Opening day is anticipated to be June 10th. Training will take place at our McKinney location.

Aqua Kids Swim Instructors teach swimming lessons in a fun, non‑stressful environment using our Aqua Steps program. Other responsibilities include evaluating new students, ensuring safety, speaking with customers about student progress, and ensuring the best experience for students, parents, and staff.

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Some swimming experience required
• Ability to complete a 300-yard swim and 2 minutes of treading water
• Lifeguard & CPR certification preferred, but not required (will certify right candidate)
• Must be able to work Monday – Friday 3:00–8:00 pm weekdays, and 9:00–3:00 pm Saturday
• Must pass drug test and background screen

Compensation: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour.
