Longo Toyota of Prosper is looking for the best and brightest Sales Professionals to join our team at our newest Penske Motor Group location in Prosper, Texas. We are looking for a Sales Consultant who shares our vision to transform the automotive purchase experience. Our Sales Consultant is responsible for selling new/used vehicles to meet dealership standards. The right candidate will support and educate guests for the best car buying experience.

- Greet customers, understand their needs and preferences for a vehicle, and provide expert advice
- Possess a strong understanding of different vehicle models, features, and specifications
- Demonstrate vehicles, arrange test drives, and guide customers through the sales process
- Negotiate prices and finalize sales contracts, including trade-in values and financing options
- Overcome objections, ask for the sale, and complete sales and purchasing contracts
- Provide excellent guest service and build rapport with clients to foster repeat business
- Utilize CRM software to maintain records of sales activities and provide management with sales data
- Keep up-to-date on new vehicle models, features, and industry trends
- Present financial and other information upfront and transparently
- Attain monthly sales quotas as designated by company expectations and standards
- Deliver an exciting and engaging experience for guests
