Prosper Sanitation - Total Store Sanitation Rep - Full‑Time at H‑E‑B

• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the entire store, inside and out, including floors, windows, break rooms, restrooms and the store’s surrounding yard.
• Ensure the availability of hand‑washing supplies in each department (paper towels, soap, sanitizer).
• Empty and clean trash receptacles throughout the store and each department.
• Use H‑E‑B’s chemical program and correctly organize/maintain stock in the maintenance room.
• Follow SOPs to achieve food safety and sanitation standards.
• Communicate maintenance needs, problems or solutions to Store Leaders.
• Work with customers and attend to their needs.
• Assist customers in locating products.
• Perform all duties of a Customer Service Assistant (CSA) when required.

• Minimum age 18.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Company Orientation, In Wednesday​-store orientation, Basics of Safety, Annual Food Handler, basic HAZMAT/Chemical Safety certifications upon hire.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to take initiative and prioritize competing tasks.
• Customer‑service oriented attitude.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Constantly walk, reach, grasp, push or pull with the arms, bend, rise, lower, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, climb stairs and ladders, pivot, twist, pinch.
• Frequently bend, reach and perform fine‑motor movements.
• Occasionally sit, stand, reach or pull to overhead, reach at shoulder, knee, floor or crouch.
• Demonstrate the ability to lift up to 50 lbs (and manage in excess of 50 lbs when needed). Timing:
  Constantly 5.5+ hours per 8‑hour day;
  Frequently 2.5‑5.5 hours;
  Occasionally 0‑2.5 hours.
