We're looking for a friendly, organized and confident Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our lash salon! If you thrive in a fast‑paced, beauty focused environment and love making people feel special, this is the place for you! You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience—from the first phone call to checking out with a smile.

Responsibilities include booking appointments, managing the schedule, handling guest check‑ins/outs, and supporting our lash artists so they can do what they do best. We offer a positive team culture, performance‑based bonuses and plenty of room to grow! Hourly rate is based on experience, with opportunities to earn more through performance incentives.

• Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
• Book appointments in person or by phone
• Increase membership sales and retail sales
• Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment

• Previous work experience in Front Desk, Sales or Retail, preferably in spa/salon/fitness/hotels
• Great with people and enjoys interacting with customers
• Exceptional customer service skills (in‑person and over the phone)
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Can work weekends and evenings
• Retail Sales Experience a plus
• Experience with Mind Body Software is a plus!
