Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty, Ulta Beauty) (T2884) s role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences through strong operations, visual merchandising, and knowledgeable service on the sales floor and fitting rooms.

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.75 USD per hour

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use them to solve and support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through, using remerchandising best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising best practices, including signing execution.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms as an opportunity to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service is worked back out to the sales floor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while complying with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs; thank guests for shopping at Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Climb ladders and handle and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance required
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.)
• Must be mobile for scheduled shift duration
