• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes and support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

• Registered Nurse with BSN required.
• Minimum 1 year Registered Nurse experience in the Pediatric Emergency Department.
• Charge RN experience.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification obtained within 18 months of employment start date.
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification obtained within 18 months of employment start date.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification obtained within 18 months of employment start date.
